Hey wonderful souls!

Hey there,
I’m Aisha — originally from South Tyrol, Italy, a region with deep Austrian roots. My background is a blend of cultures: a German-speaking Italian mother and a Pulaar-speaking Senegalese father. A mix that shaped the way I see the world from early on.

After living in a few different cities, my journey eventually led me to Seoul, South Korea. What brought me here? A love for Locking dance — a style born in California that found its way across continents, resonating strongly throughout Asia, including Japan, Taiwan, and Korea.

Before working as a professional model and dancer in Seoul, I was living a very different life back home — balancing economic research at the Chamber of Commerce while pursuing a Ph.D. in Economics in Austria. What started as a short break quickly turned into something more. A planned three-month stay became a longer search for creative community, and eventually, a one-year adventure in South Korea.

That “one year” quietly turned into several.

Today, I live in Korea with my husband and our two children. What made me stay wasn’t only the culture, the creativity, or the pace of life — it was building a family here and finding a rhythm that feels deeply aligned with who I am.

This space reflects that journey — from movement and curiosity to motherhood, intentional living, and the projects I now develop through lived experience rather than trends.

Thank you for being here and for taking the time to read my story.
Warmly,

AISHA
