As our hair serum comes into direct contact with the scalp and hair, we
maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure every customer receives a
brand-new, untouched product.
Therefore, we
cannot accept returns or exchanges if the product packaging (box or seal
sticker) has been opened or damaged.
- Eligibility: Returns
  due to a change of mind are accepted within 14 days of
  receipt only if the product remains in its Original Condition, fully
  sealed, unopened condition and undamaged packaging
- Shipping Costs: Please note that the return shipping cost for
  a change of mind is the customer's responsibility.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable. These charges are
